Food maintains life and is the primary source of nourishment for cell regeneration. In Indian culture it is also a connection to planetary cosmography and the various energies flowing within.

George and Sara share their time between San Diego and Michigan. The majority of time in California is directed toward writing and testing recipes. They also take time to appreciate the natural beauty of the Pacific coast. This shot was taken on the cliffs of Encinitas at the Yoga Meditation Gardens.

Chef George has taught private cooking classes from one to fifty. Here he is in Kelowna, B.C. sharing his skills with a private group.
